We never contact anyone on our own.

  • Private by default

    No feed, no followers, no audience. A recording leaves your hands only when you send someone a link. Marking it for someone records who it is for. It does not let them in.

  • Honest about your scribe

    Your scribe is software, not a person, and it reads your transcripts. That is how it remembers. v1 is not end-to-end encrypted, and we do not pretend it is.

  • Export everything

    Media, transcripts, and extracted memory, in open formats, whenever you want them.

  • Delete means delete

    Deleting an entry removes its media, transcript, embeddings, and derived memory. Same for the whole account.

What changes between Free and paid?

Free includes video, audio, and written entries, transcripts, summaries, search, and export. Living Archive reads every entry, including your older entries, and adds ongoing interviews with your scribe, reflections, memories, follow-ups, and Reflect chat. Weekly and Monthly include the same paid features.

Which paid plan should I choose?

Weekly keeps your commitment short at $15.99/week, about $2.28 a day. Monthly is $50/month, about $1.64 a day, so it costs less if you plan to stay. Both are charged at checkout, plus applicable tax.

How much can I use Interview Mode?

Every paid plan includes a daily allowance of 30 interview minutes. Reflect chat has a daily limit of 50 messages. These allowances are the same on Weekly and Monthly.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel through your billing settings to stop the next renewal. You keep access through your paid period. After that, video, audio, and written journaling stay free. Your existing logs remain available to view and export; your scribe goes quiet until you subscribe again.

Who can see my stories?

Your logs are private by default. You choose which stories to share by link and can revoke those links. Your scribe is software, not a person. It uses your transcripts to connect memories and answer questions. Read our privacy approach ↗
