For them · A log addressed to someone else

Leave them your voice, not a summary of it.

Addressing records who a log is for. It grants no one access. When you choose to share, they get the recording and the title. Nothing an AI wrote.

Addressing is intent · Sharing is a separate act · You can revoke a link

The backyard, the first time

You ran straight to the fence and tried to count the trees. I want you to have this day in my voice, not in a caption I wrote later.

Addressing

Who it is for, without opening the door.

Every log is unaddressed until you say otherwise. The companion may suggest a name. It may never assign one. Explicit tagging is the only thing that ever affects access.

  1. 01

    Name the people

A flat list in your profile. Name, relationship, optional email. Adding someone never notifies them.

  2. 02

    Address a log

During or after capture, never before. The shutter always wins over the form.

  3. 03

    Share when you mean it

A revocable link. Media and title only. No transcript, no reflection, no embeddings.

Later

The Living Archive is the paid promise. The addressing is already the work.

Recipient accounts and release triggers come later, on purpose. What you record now is mined for stories about people, not only goals and open loops.

  1. 01

    Record

In your voice, while the details are cheap to say and expensive to reconstruct.

  2. 02

    Address

Intent, sitting on the log. Still private.

  3. 03

    Share a piece

One entry, one link, when a day is ready to leave your hands.

Trust

We never contact anyone on our own.

  • Private by default

A log is unlisted until you share a link. Addressing someone records intent. It does not grant them access.

  • Honest about the companion

The AI reads your transcripts. That is how it remembers. v1 is not end-to-end encrypted, and we do not pretend it is.

  • Export everything

Media, transcripts, and extracted memory, in open formats, whenever you want them.

  • Delete means delete

Deleting an entry removes its media, transcript, embeddings, and derived memory. Same for the whole account.
